Legal

Legal hub

All contractual and privacy documents governing the use of WebAuditOS. The service is sold to businesses and to consumers; several clauses read differently depending on which you are, and section 1 of the terms of service explains how to tell. If you are a consumer, section 6 is the one to read first - it carries your 14-day right to withdraw and the form for using it.

Who you are contracting with

All of these documents are agreements with ADMI ENTERPRISES s.r.o., IČO 29581010, registered seat Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, entered in the commercial register kept by the Regional Court in Brno under file C 151699. WebAuditOS is the product's trading name, not a separate entity. Sales are made through our merchant of record, Stripe (Link), which includes and remits any applicable VAT - listed prices are final, with nothing added at checkout.

Full identification, including the contact address for legal and data-protection correspondence, is on /contact.

Customer agreements

  • Terms of service - subscription, acceptable scanning and liability
  • Data processing agreement - the Art. 28(3) terms for business customers: roles, named sub-processors, transfer mechanisms, audits and breach notification
  • No service level agreement - /terms states an availability target, not a commitment, and /status explains why no measured uptime figure is published yet

Privacy documents

  • Privacy policy - what we collect, why, and for how long
  • Cookie policy - every cookie and storage key we set, and the one that waits for your consent
  • Sub-processors - the named vendors that process data for us, with locations and transfer mechanisms, and the 30-day change notice
  • GDPR requests - access, export, rectification and erasure workflow

Scanning authorisation

Auditing a website causes real HTTP traffic against the target. There is no domain-verification step; instead, every scan starts with an explicit confirmation that you own the domain or are authorised to assess it - a box you tick, recorded with the terms version, time and IP address - and the terms of service make that obligation yours. Every crawl is read-only, obeys robots.txt, and is rate-capped per host regardless of who owns the target.

Site owners who never chose this product can block scanning of their domain - and erase what earlier scans stored - at /opt-out, verified with one DNS record.
