Where to write
Most questions are answered fastest by starting a free scan, but if you need a human, here is where to find one.
Right now
Write to [email protected]. That reaches the operator directly - it is not a staffed support desk with a rota behind it, and there is no in-app support channel: the help centre is written material, not a way to reach a person. Product-specific addresses arrive with the product domain.
Reporting a security problem
If you have found a vulnerability in this product, or believe our scanner is hitting your site when it should not be, that takes priority over everything else on this page. Write to [email protected] and put "security" in the subject. Include the target URL and roughly when it happened: each scan records its target and its start and finish times, so those identify the run.
Before you write about a scan
- The scan id, from the URL of the run
- The target domain, and whether it is publicly reachable
- What you expected the score or finding to be, and what it was
- Whether robots.txt disallows the paths in question
No sales or partner channel yet
Agency and Enterprise plans, volume pricing, procurement and security questionnaires, and the partner programme for agencies reselling audits under their own brand - all of these are real intentions with no channel behind them yet. The honest summary: the product is further along than the company around it.
